Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring the viability of the retreat for all participants.

Full Refund: A full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 5 days before the start date of the retreat. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waiting list and manage our preparations accordingly.
Credit for Future Services: If you cancel less than 5 days before the start of the retreat, we are unable to offer a refund due to the logistical and operational costs incurred. However, we understand the value of the investment you've made. In these instances, your purchase will be converted into a credit that can be applied towards another service offered by us, valid for one year from the date of the original retreat.
